Pickles

With all the reading that I've been doing recently about food (most notably the Omnivore's Dilemma which I strongly recommend), I was motivated this weekend to visit the local farmer's market and stock up on locally grown produce.

And what do you do when you come home laden with produce?




Well you make pickles of course!

Somehow the third jar has mysteriously disappeared from the fridge though... I think perhaps it went to work this morning with the other person who lives in my home....
